A bay-front condominium having a location with beautiful views of white sandy beaches and blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico!
Enjoy the captivating and romantic sunsets each day when resting late afternoons on the beach or, maybe, enjoyed from your condominium balcony while dining and entertaining. It is certainly one of the best ways to end your amazing days when staying at Caribe in the beautiful city of Orange Beach.
Of course, this is a wonderful way to vacation and re-energize yourself occasionally. Or, maybe, you want to know more about the Caribe regarding purchasing a condominium unit for more memorable and regular visits to the Gulf Coast. If so, Appraiser Al Cheney will share some current information about Caribe.
Caribe has three phases. The first phase was built in 2002, the second phase in 2005 and the final phase in 2006. The most recent selling prices over the past 12 months were from $720,000 to $1,265,000 with the median of around $855,000. The condominium units are either 2 bedroom & 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms or 3 bedrooms & 3 ½ bathrooms. The two bedroom units will range from 1,401 to 1,682 square feet. The three bedroom units with only three bathrooms will range from 1,706 to 2,102 square feet. The three bedroom units having a half bath will have around 2,380 square feet.
